Modular and adaptive
Depending on the type of material to be processed, the tool used, and the operator's experience, you can select or configure a dedicated oscillation path for each type of product or situation, thus maximising efficiency of the machine.
Uniform speed
Thanks to the Tango system, you can compensate head passage speeds on areas of the slab and make them more uniform, achieving better control of the number of tool passes on each central or peripheral point.
Smart
All the heads follow the same paths on the slab surface, avoiding situations with different grain in the various zones, which would result in irregular polishing quality; this function is possible through the application of mathematical models.
Prevents breakage
During machining, the pressure of the heads on the material causes compression of the flexible conveyor belt. Heads configuration on a single beam prevents the risk of breakage of delicate or imperfectly flat slabs.
Gloss uniformity
The facility to program different alternated cycles gives the advantage of “mixing” microscopic tooling marks of the polishing process for greater uniformity and sheen.
