Glossing machine for surface treatment of porcelain stoneware
Machine for porosity sealing surface treatment and glossing of porcelain stoneware slabs and tiles.
The robust structure of Breton Integrex is derived from experience gained in the natural stone sector. The ability to work at fixed height with 0.1 mm position control and with adjustable pneumatic pressure, plus rotation speed control of individual heads, make Integrex the ideal solution for aesthetic upgrading of glazed ceramic materials.
Structural robustness for unparalleled finish levels
The structural components derived from Breton's long experience in the natural stone sector and the use of top quality electronics mean the Integrex glossing machine is extremely reliable.
An interchangeable work table allows the machine to work in the best conditions at all times, maintaining and restoring flatness and so extending the machine's working life.
Spindles with 15 kW motors plus electronic systems for working pressure management guarantee correct delivery of the power required to apply the treatment.
Ergonomic and high performance solutions
Breton developed the new patented Vortex satellite heads to maximise working efficiency. The 7 satellites on each head allow a high level of coverage of the treated material with high material feed speeds, making the finish more uniform.
Machine set-up times are minimised thanks to the quick tool coupling system.
