The gritting machines of the Husky range have an optimised container design which makes them ideal for mounting on a wide variety of municipal carrier vehicles. The vehicle-gritter combination is ideal for winter service on narrow track vehicles thanks to the low profile container design which results in a low center of gravity. The Husky gritting machines are available with container sizes from 0.4 m³ to 1.8 m³ with and without liquid salt equipment. The housing is dust- and damp-proof. Mechanical demounting system (500 kg) with hand crank ( standard ) Optional mechanical or hydraulic demounting systems for setting down the loaded gritting machines are also available. High number of stainless steel parts The gritting machine has a special paintwork and the skid plate, spreader disc, feet sockets and all fasteners are made from stainless steel. Thespreader is also available as a full stainless steel version (optional).
