DCCT Pro2 mains powered testers are ideal for the rapid and effective testing of porosity in non-conductive coatings. They are specifically designed for use within automated production processes. Used extensively in the manufacturing industry for checking cables, extruded plastic sheets, battery cases, moulded components, and non-conductive coatings on steel pipes, DCCT Pro2 units can be programmed to the output voltage, sensitivity, and timing parameters of your choice. The Unit comprises a front panel High Voltage on/off button, interlock input, twin no-volt change-over relay outputs, and one HV output module. The output module does not include a User Interface, and must be controlled either by a DCCT Pro2 Integral unit, or by a DCCT Pro2 Command+ station.
