OverviewThe MKZH vibro sieving machine provides high sifting throughput with a design focused on quick screen changes and easy cleaning. It is suitable for centrifuging coarse and fine bran, and for sieving hard, floury or granulated products as well as hop powder in brewing processes.
Key benefits- Fast cleaning: wide side openings allow access between the sifting basket and housing; the vibrating housing reduces residue on the screen mesh.
- Quick screen change: sieves can be inspected and replaced rapidly by removing door hinges without dismantling the machine.
- High throughput: capacity up to 2.6 t/h for bran and flour.
Highlight features- Two sizes available to match different throughput requirements (up to 2.6 t/h).
- Material options: standard painted steel or stainless-steel design where all product-contact parts are stainless steel.
- Special hop/brewing versions: effective for hop powder sieving and capable of operation down to −40 °C (cold/nitrogen treatment options).
- Flexible use: suitable for coarse and fine bran, floury, hard or granulated products.
How the machine worksThe sifting box is eccentrically mounted to the sifting mantle on the rotor axis; this eccentric mounting vibrates the body of the machine, improving sifting efficiency and helping to keep screens clean.
Applications- Grain milling and handling: sifting coarse and fine bran
- Sifting of hard, floury or granulated food ingredients
- Hop processing and brewing: sieving hop powder, cold-process applications
