OverviewThe POWERJET TWIN 2D/3D is an industrial waterjet cutting machine designed for serial production with continuous loading capability. Its twin catcher tanks enable loading during machining to maximise throughput and allow processing of long or multiple panels.

- Electronic measurement and calibration system for the waterjet head with measuring accuracy of 0.05 mm per machine level.
- Mechanical deviations can be measured and compensated via dedicated software; measurements performed at commissioning and during scheduled maintenance to ensure consistent accuracy.
Automation and production integration- Machine concept allows loading during machining with two collecting/catcher basins to increase uptime.
- Optional features: fully automated table exchange, sludge extraction for catcher tanks, and 5-axis interpolating 3D cutting head for complex geometries.
