Description

VIBRATING TABLE VIBRATING TABLE is a basic equipment in the precast field and it is necessary to bind concrete in the mould allowing so a continuous production cycle to have an immediate and quick demoulding of high quality concrete elements. REINFORCED VIBRATING TABLES Reinforced tables are produced in different sizes. Their surface consists of a big thick plate to better distribute the vibration. At the center of the surface a powerful vibrating group is placed. Vibrating table can also be covered by sound-absorbing panels according to acustic lows in force. On demand vibrating table can be supplied without coating panels. SMALL VIBRATING TABLES These tables of small size are used to vibrate long and low moulds. Mould is placed between 2 small tables so that the vibration is transmitted longer in length than in height. VIBRATING TABLES WITH SUPPORT Vibrating table with support is necessary to vibrate moulds for concrete pipes and all other moulds high more than 1 mt. Up to 3 mts. This equipment is composed of a big size base at the center of which a vertical vibrating group is placed to vibrate moulds high from 1 mt. Up to 3 mts. All of our vibrating tables can be supplied with electric control board and inverter to change vibration according to the concrete element to be vibrated. We can supply all the spare-parts and accessories for vibrating tables such us : springs, vibrators, motors and so on.
