Description
The magnetic separator automatically separates ferrous parts mixed with non-magnetic materials on conveyor belts, vibrating feeders, chutes and similar.
The ferrous metal separator has a robust frame consisting of a rigid structure made of UPN channels. The system has a closed loop triple-ply rubber belt with cleats and a perpetual magnetic field, formed by permanent magnets inside the belt. The separator is mounted transversely or longitudinally with respect to the shredded material discharge conveyor, from which it removes ferrous metals thanks to its internal magnetic field.
To be installed transversely with respect to a conveyor belt at a distance of 100/150 mm from the belt surface.
