Planer sanding machine is a heavy duty and high efficiency machine, mainly used on sanding rough surface boards and glued boards such as jointed panel boards, block boards and so on. The planer head assembled 477 pcs carbide knife, which spiral 9 lines along the planer head. The carbide knife with small spiral angle and arc shape blade to ensure the planer quality and efficiency. The first press system including double press rollers and segmented chip breakers, to make sure the board feeding smooth and safely. Also has An1-kickback fingers to avoid board kickback immediately. Feed table is built in steel with tolerance of planarity within 0.03mm; table surface finegrinded to avoid wear of the internal side of the feed belt.
