Continuous mixing system

Continuous ploughshare mixers CEMTEC’s mixers are mainly used for mixing iron ore with additives like water, coke, bentonite, or limestone. A good homogenization of these materials is crucial for the following agglomeration process. The retention time needed for reaching the required mixing quality depends on the characteristics of the raw material and can be determined at our project plant. The variety of different sizes and designs is also tailored to industrial mineral applications. Mixing and granulating drums Dewatered products, such as filter cake from processing plants, often require further granulation. Granulating drums offer an inexpensive and easy way to combine the mixing and granulation processes in one machine. The ideal drum type, size, and design depend on the raw material characteristics and the required retention time. The necessary data can be determined in our laboratory and pilot plant.
