The Rte rotary elevator unit can be used in automation sector for manufacturing machines feeding during pallets handling in pallet on automatic assembly lines or on machine tools such as pallet changers. It is characterized by two independent motions: – indexed rotation, performed by a cam activated by a self-braking gearmotor, with a number of stations on request from 2 to 48 – lifting, carried out by means of a pneumatic cylinder with a maximum stroke of 50 mm Consisting of a steel plate carrying a cam rotary table operated by an FCR type microswitch unit A pneumatic cylinder vertically moves an aluminium plate on which the necessary equipment must be secured Mechanisms mounted in a watertight box with long-life lubrication Cycle time varies depending on the weight and inertia of the masses
