Overview
Smart, hands-free temperature-control fan designed for charcoal grills and smokers. Wireless pairing with ProTemp S1 (or wired via USB-C to ProTemp 2 Plus) enables automatic pit temperature regulation for consistent low-and-slow cooking or higher-temperature grilling.

Compatibility & Fit

• Direct-fit with included mounting plates: Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe Classic II / Big Joe III, Primo XL/Oval, Pit Barrel Cooker, Pit Boss Kamado, Cypress Ceramic Bayou Classic, Vision Grills Series Classic, Broil King Keg 2000, Char-Griller Akorn (and similar kamados)
• Direct insert models (no adapter): Weber Summit Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Backwoods Chubby 3400
• Smokers with round vent holes: Komodo Kamado, Char-Griller offset smokers, Broil King Keg 5000 — insert Breezo into one vent and seal others with foil tape
• Other solutions: drill a 1.25-inch hole or use a stainless steel plate with a 1.25-inch hole for large offset smokers

Usage Guidance (high level)

• Breezo automates bottom-air intake; reduce the top vent opening substantially (e.g., pencil-width ≈ 2–3 mm) for stable low-and-slow temps (225–250 °F / 107–121 °C). Keep the bottom vent mostly open to provide air for the fan.
• For higher-temperature grilling, open the exhaust slightly more as needed.
• Breezo is intended for charcoal-based systems; pellet and gas grills typically do not require it.

Safety & Limits

• Maximum heat resistance: 302 °F (150 °C). Avoid placing Breezo too close to direct flame or unsealed gaps that allow hot gas contact.
• Not waterproof. Keep dry and protected from liquids.
• No built-in battery — requires external 5V power (provided adapter or a suitable USB-C power bank; avoid fast chargers above recommended wattage).
