OFLEX™ HT products comprise two thermoplastic elastomer layers reinforced with a textile backing. The OFLEX™ HT range has been specially designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures. FEATURES The OFLEX™ HT range offers : Coating weights ranging from 130 g/m² to 500 g/m² per surface. Various types of backings depending on the desired elongation and mechanical resistance (e.g. woven, mesh, non-woven). Various TPE formulations, depending on the temperature and fire resistance required. BENEFITS OFLEX™ HT is used in thermal welding manufacturing processes (continuous processes), enabling considerable time-savings to be made. Resistance across a broad temperature range (-40°C to 150°C). Excellent chemical resistance (acids, alkalis, solvents). Can be colored. Non-flammable (DIN 4102 B1).
