OverviewThe Auto GCMS C6C20 is a transportable ultra-compact gas chromatography–mass spectrometry system with FID detection. It delivers a turnkey solution for continuous monitoring and process control, enabling quantification and identification of aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), BTEX and dioxin precursors in gas, liquid and solid samples from percentage levels down to low ppt.
Key Features- Comprehensive sample analysis:
- Analyzes gases, liquids and solids (examples: bisphenol-A, methyl stearate and other complex compounds).
- Automatic calculation of toxicity index and total aromatics for VOCs, SVOCs, PAHs and dioxin precursors.
- Advanced technology integration:
- Heated selection valve for GC and MS with dedicated pumps.
- Integrated Windows®-based PC with LED display and 64 GB SSD storage.
- Built-in hydrogen generator (Hydroxychrom USB 4U) and airmoCAL calibration with permeation tubes.
- Flexible sampling and detection:
- Direct air monitoring via injection to MS or GC and an inbuilt heated sampling line.
- Optional purge & trap solutions for liquid samples.
- Software control and connectivity:
- Operated by Vistachrom and MS software for full data traceability, remote monitoring and injection control.
- Archiving of results and chromatograms, threshold alarms and data export via MODBUS or 4‑20 mA / 0‑10 V outputs.
