Those U cups rod seals are designed especially for Rod application on standard hydraulic cylinder. Produced in PTFE Bronze filled. Designed for : - Hydraulic cylinders with high speed - Hydraulic cylinders with high frequency - Earth moving equipment Advantages : - No stick-lip - Suitable for reduced spaces Our composite seals are equiped in standard with NBR ORing. We can supply Oring in other material for higher temperatures (FKM) CTSE : Composite Rod Seal, single acting CTDE : Composite Rod Seal, double acting Energised Seals are produced in PTFE. The PTFE type is adapted to your environnement : - Virgin PTFE - PTFE glass filled - PTFE ekonol filled - PTFE Carbon/Graphite filled and so more ! Our spring material is stainless steel grade 301 for standard application. We are able to supply with other grades for specific applications.
