Dust collector rotary valve QDG series

The air-lock valve is used for discharge of dust and other separated particles from systems working with vacuum or pressure. It is dustproof and is used as a pressure block between a cyclone and a dust collecting bag. CIMBRlA's air-lock valve type QDG-92 is used fordischarge of dust and other separated particles fromsystems working with vacuum or pressure. In connection with CIMBRlA's dust collecting cyclofans theair-lock valve is mounted between the bottom outlet of themini cyclone and the dust bag, where it ensures a uniformand continuous discharge of dust and other particles, andat the same time minimises the air escaping through theoutlet into the dust bag. CIMBRIA’s air-lock valve type QDG-52 is used fordischarge of dust and other separated particles fromsystems working with vacuum or pressure. It is dust proofand is used as a pressure block between a cyclone and adust collecting bag. In connection with CIMBRIA’s dust collecting cyclofans theair-lock valve is mounted between the bottom outlet of themini cyclone and the dust bag, where it ensures a uniformand continuous discharge of dust and other particles, andat the same time minimises the air escaping through theoutlet into the dust bag. Design The air-lock valve is manufactured from galvanised plateand is complete with a 200 mm (8”) steel roller with 6 radialrubber vanes on the shaft. The rotor is carried by ballbearings and its speed does not normally exceed 40RPMs. The air-lock valve is lubricated for life and isdesigned for continuous operation.
