Painting

In our factory, we have a Paint Facility established according to the latest technological devices and techniques. Wet painting method is used in the paint facility. Along with the hook painting operations of the rough or machined parts shaped by forging and casting method, the painting operation of big parts (500 – 1500 kg.) is carried out in the combined cabin. The parts to be painted are passed through a spray line with 5 baths before the painting operation. While the surface cleaning process is carried out in the degreasing and rinsing baths in this line, the surface of the parts is activated for a good paint adhesion by using a nano product that does not have negative environmental effects. The parts whose painting operation has been completed are passed through the Flash-off and baking tunnels on the same line and become finished in a short time.
