Its name is inspired by the orca (Latin: Orcinus orca), a marine mammal renowned for its speed and agility. Its modular architecture, with each 1-meter module integrating up to four stations, makes this platform fully configurable to your specific needs. The ORCA+ design is based on an asynchronous linear XTS transfer system, ensuring seamless operation flow. Each station is dedicated to a specific task, enabling highly efficient cycle times tailored to different industries. For instance, in watch mounting, the cycle time is 10 seconds, whereas in connector applications, it ranges between 2.5 and 3 seconds.
