Overview
The HSP-200 Performance is a mobile closed-circuit dust-free blast machine designed for parts that cannot fit in standard blast cabinets. It is intended for precise rework tasks such as removing residues on weld seams. The system reduces airborne dust emissions and lowers the need for extensive external containment measures.

Operation and benefits
The blasting head suctions abrasive and dust directly, eliminating the need for an additional enclosure of the workpiece and increasing process efficiency. An integrated rebound separator cleans and recycles used abrasive so only material with active abrasive effect is reused, reducing media consumption and operating costs.
