The CLIMAX BW2600 Auto Bore Welder is a compact, field-ready bore welding unit engineered for controlled, repeatable restoration and repair of bores in heavy equipment and line-boring applications. It is compatible with MIG wire-feed systems and built for straightforward setup and service.

Integration and control
The BW2600 integrates with existing MIG wire feed systems and provides advanced bore welding control: cam-actuated skip/fill with burn-back control, fully adjustable mechanical step, reversible rotation and a step-lockout for accurate face welding. An optional remote pendant enables precise remote control of rotation, weld start/stop, arc interrupt and speed adjustments.
