Overview
The CLIMAX BW3000 Auto Bore Welder is an automated step-welding machine for restoring and rebuilding worn or damaged bores. It reduces operator variability and delivers repeatable bead placement for field and shop repair operations.

Designed for maintenance and machining teams, the BW3000 provides controlled, consistent weld deposition for bores in heavy equipment, industrial components and on-site repairs. Automation shortens weld cycle time and reduces rework compared with manual bore welding.
