Overview
The CLIMAX VM1000 Series Valve Grinding & Lapping Machine is a portable precision solution for in-field and shop valve repair. It grinds and laps gate and swing check valve seats to restore sealing surfaces to original manufacturer specifications or better. A tilting adapter allows quick adjustment of grinding pressure to reduce setup time, extend valve service life and minimize downtime in power generation, oil & gas, refining and industrial applications.
