The CLIMAX VM2000 Series Valve Grinding & Lapping Machine delivers reliable valve repair performance in rugged yet compact configurations designed for fast, precise grinding and lapping of globe valves with flat or conical seats. Engineered for field and shop use, each model supports a wide range of valve diameters and allows operators to easily and quickly change disks while adjusting grinding pressure during operation—maximizing efficiency, accuracy, and repeatable results in demanding maintenance environments. QUICK AND EASY SETUP Quickly change over between electric and pneumatic by simply loosening a single clamping bolt. Media discs with adhesive specifically formulated to provide a firm hold while in use but are easy to remove after use.
