PRESENTATION
The BUCKET line automates filling, capping and basic packaging operations for products presented in buckets of various sizes. It handles liquids, semi-solid and high-viscosity products and is suited to food, cosmetic and chemical production environments.

DOSING STATION
The dosing station uses self-priming reversible pumps chosen and sized to meet required production speeds. The line can be supplied with up to 6 dosing heads to support parallel or sequential dosing strategies.

PRECISION & CONTROL
Dosing accuracy is ensured by a weighing system integrated on the conveyor belt in compliance with EC regulations, providing repeatable measurement and traceable control suitable for industrial production.

CAPPING & FORMAT CHANGE
The automatic capping unit comprises a cover placement and application system designed for fast and easy format change, together with a pressure clamping station to ensure reliable closure.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT & LINE INTEGRATION
The line can be completed with a de-stacking device at the inlet and labelling and marking solutions at the outlet to form a fully integrated packaging cell.
