PRESENTATION
Bottle rinsing and blowing machine for internal cleaning of empty containers by filtered-air blowing or injection of mains water or sanitising solution. Fully stainless-steel construction. Available in 2- or 4-injector configurations. Custom adaptations for miniature bottles or preserve jars with twist-off lids available on request. Machine configurable with 1 or 2 rinsing nozzles and 1 or 2 blowing nozzles.

OPERATION
The internal rinsing can be carried out either by a recirculation pump using a sanitising solution or by direct connection to the mains water supply with drainage of used water.

• Recirculation option: supplied with a 25-litre stainless-steel tank to contain the sanitising solution
• Mains water option: supplied with taps and a pressure regulator for connection to the network
• Filtration: optional polypropylene filter available for both recirculation and mains-water configurations
