Winder / Slitter equipped with a tension-controlled unwinder and two motorized rewinders. This machine is perfectly suited for the preparation of raw materials, with automatic metering and slitting functions. A touch screen display with recipe functions allows complete control of the machine and work cycles. Machine designed for winding to length and longitudinal slitting of flexible materials. The latest cutting technology developed by CNM Process offers a versatility and simplicity of use never seen before. The cutting module consists of a call unit and a cutting unit with counter blades and motorized blades. The knives are installed on knife holders mounted on a slide for simple and quick adjustment of cutting widths. The design of the knife holders allows a blade change without disassembling the blade holders. 3 unwinder technologies are available depending on the material: - Unwinder with mechanical brake - Motorized unwinder in tension control - Unwinder with mechanically or pneumatically balanced puppet At the exit the strips are wound on 1 or 2 pneumatic expansion shafts.
