Automatic gluing machine

Machine of reduced size ideal for the realization of small shapes and prototypes. The design and control system are similar to the larger machines. The programming of the gluing path is done by teach-in, a laser spot showing the center of the nozzle wich is moved by a joystik. The operator follows the trajectory on the gluing peice, the points are automatically recorded in an editable table. Up to 2 guns or nozzles can be managed by the machine allowing for example to use two types of glues or a precision nozzle for contours and a spraying system for surface filling. Graphic display of the programmed trajectory for checking the conformity with the part.
