Fully automatic machine for vibration-compaction production, with tilting demoulding of products with a height from 1000 mm to 3000 mm, particularly suitable for large tanks. Presentation: Fully automatic machine for vibration-compaction production, with tilting demoulding of concrete products with monolithic base, even with special geometries. Depending on the different models, the machine can manufacture products up to a diameter of 3000 mm, or up to 3000 mm x 3000 mm, with a variable height from 1000 mm up to 3000 mm in single production mode (multiple production modes are available on request). The vibration type can be chosen depending on your need (vibrating column with hydraulic locking/unlocking of the mould at each cycle or vibrating table with hydraulic mould locking frame). Technical Characteristics: - Rotomatic can be equipped with a product base-pressing system to ensure greater compaction and tightness. - The machine can be equipped with the fast and easy-to-use quick hydraulic mould change system, making daily quick mould changes possible in less than 1.5 hours (in addition, the adjustment of cores, outer moulds, and pressing heads after production change is no longer necessary). - The concrete feeding is completely automatic: the feeding belt is paired with a special planetary spreader with 4 orbiting elements, which distributes the concrete in the shortest amount of time, even on the most peripheral points. This solution is particularly effective for the production of rectangular tanks and large products. - Other features make Rotomatic an extremely functional machine, such as the mechanical and electronic adjustment of the vibrators through an inverter, the easy access to the bucket for inspection and cleaning operations, and the automatic ejection of the products at the end of the cycle through the motorised cart with possible subsequent handling and storage. - The system can be integrated with automatic feeding of the base pallets (flat base pallets), which will be carried out from the front. - The management and general control of the machine are performed using the Vicom PC system, with machine status and fault control synoptics, with remote assistance modules, and the possibility of remote production management (industry 4.0).
