Using sealed precision ball bearings in both swivel head and wheel has resulted in a reduction of the swivel and rolling resistance of up to 70% in comparison with more traditional castors. Thanks to their ingenious design, this range of casters can very well absorb shock loads. Shock loads will not lead to increased clearance in the swivel bearing and consequently an expected service life of 30 times the ISO standard can be reached, even at maximum load capacity. Moreover all bearings are well sealed, resulting in castors that can be washed with water-jets, making them extremely suited for applications in food processing industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry and all other industries where trolleys and consequently the casters assembled to them, are expected to meet the highest quality standards.
