The Cast-in-tray is designed to protect the Multifoot (ART. no. 4290) when fitted to the structural slab before the finishing screed is laid. The Cast-in-tray allows a screed of up to 50mm to be poured around the Multifoot, ensuring the Multifoot is shielded from poured concrete. This design leaves access for easy removal and even re-use of the Cast-in-tray. After the Multifoot is removed and the Cast-in-tray is pulled out of the screed, the resulting small void can be grouted up. The use of the Cast-in-tray does not affect the performance of the Multifoot.
