The full-rotation pillar jib crane is built with an underbraced beam. It has a 3m underbeam clearance which is available as standard. It can adapted to a higher or lower height as per requirements. The total height will be altered and a clearance higher than 4m can be custom-ordered. The crane is coated in RAL 1028 yellow polyurethane and is equipped with a superior three-layered protection system. Assumed deflection under minor load is considered to be 1/250th of the span and height combined, and not more than 1/100th of the span alone. The Maximum Moment (MM) value is assumed and for a minor load. The crane has a maximum hoisting speed of 8m/min. It is available with an array of optional features and accessories such as wires that supply power to the hoist, a primary switch that is lockable, and a four-ring electrically-operated collector that facilitates unlimited rotation. Motorization can be modified- top mounting motor for outdoor use and motorization on main roller for indoor use. Hot dip galvanization, installation guide, anchor rods, base plate for chemical anchors, rotation brake that is integrated by welding, are the other features optionally available.
