Spray system for the mining industry SC4

The Silicone Spray System is designed to dispense/spray silicones at a mix ratio of 1:1 with an additional third pump to enable ‘Thixo’ additive to be used on-demand. The machine features two precision double-acting pumps dispensing through the unique SC mix-head. The third additive pump can be switched on/off by turning to recirculate when not in use. The mix-head can be used to simply dispense mixed material or spray with the air-assist spray nozzle. Suitable for dispensing and spraying addition (platinum) cured silicones. Integral material tanks are mounted on the rear of the machine.
