Compressor is a semiautomatic system for compressors coolants cutting (formerly drained from refrigerant gases), which result from air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers. The machine performs a precise cut around the circumference of the top cap of the compressor, to allow the next manual extraction of the electric motor and remove any residues of oil. (It is necessary to pre-treat all compressors). The machine has a total absorption of 2.5 kW and is equipped with a hydraulic control unit which controls the pressure of the gripper. The rotation of the clamp takes place by means of a motor driven by an inverter and by a potentiometer can change the speed of rotation at any time. The hourly production ranges from 25 to more than 45 pieces per hour depending on the type of blade installed and the type of compressor to be treated. The oil contained in the compressors is recovered in a tank located inside of the machine.
