XCR spring cable reel The XCR spring-driven cable reel has been specially developed for installation on the boom of mobile telescopic cranes, enabling the connection of end sensors and diagnostics. The slip ring is fully integrated into the drum and optimised interfaces ensure quick and easy installation. Optional features include an encoder for measuring length and data rings for industrial bus transmission, such as CAN. Based on a predefined design, our experts can adapt the reel to your machine. Featuring compact reeling cables, semi-wide drums (320–400 mm), long-life springs and up to 40 slip ring channels for power, control and signal, it provides a reliable and flexible solution.
