In spite of its small size, the cPCI TrippleConnect modem doesn't make compromisses regarding to the speed of calculating and converting. This is possible, because of a 2nd PCI on board which is build in over a PCI bridge. So, all parts of the card are able to realize a direct access and full speed data transfer of the main PCI on the pc or the backplane in the rack! The concept of a 2nd PCI is technical complex but only on this way is it possible to realise the high claim of data transfer in practice.
