CONSTMACH MOBILE 60 full automatic Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is a suitable solution for temporary needs with its features of rapid installation, advantage of starting production in a short time and minimum infrastructure necessity. MOBILE 60 mobile concrete plant has the features of being able to have all necessary equipments for concrete production, even a cement silo is located on a single wheeled mobile chassis and this offers easy transportation and rapid installation advantages to its users. CONSTMACH MOBILE 60 mobile type Concrete batching plant requires a minimum site preparation. Just a flat ground that is capable to carry the total load of the plant is enough. Cement silos which are mounted to the chassis of mobile plants have 33 tonnes stock capacity. In case of necessity, external cement silos which have stock capacity from 50 to 500 tonnes can be also used. External type cement silos have always full steel legs to remove the necessity of concrete legs building. Twin shaft, single shaft, pan or planetary type mixers can be used in MOBILE 60 concrete plant so that it could be used for different purposes such as ready mixed concrete, dry mixed concrete, precast concrete production etc. In case of using of mobile aggregate pre-feeding conveyors with our mobile concrete plants, necessity of construction of loading ramp is removed, thus the jobsite infrastructure investment is minimized. MOBILE 60 is equipped with high-tech automation system including top class SIEMENS & SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and PLC. The whole system is controlled through an advanced software which has sophisticated features and user friendly interface.
