Description
CONSTMACH Single Shaft Mixers are optimum solution for all types of concrete, especially general concrete production purpose. Easy maintenance and replacable liners, long lived Ni-Hard mixing elements promise users problem-free performance. Presence of double motor in 2 m3 models enables to proceed to production even in case of a problem with one of the motors. Robust pulley-chain mechanism conveys the movement from heavy duty electric motor & gearbox to the main shaft of the mixer. Thanks to the automatic lubrication system, bearings of the mixer shaft is always lubricated as long as the mixer is operated regularly. As all our other mixer types, our single shaft mixers are also equipped with emergency stop button, access hatch and SKF/FAG brand heavy duty type bearings.
