Description
A CB filling station is an automated solution for filling boxes, totes and crates weighed with processed product.
Consists of infeed shaker with hopper, roller conveyor and integrated vibrating table with lifting mechanism.
Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
Shaker supported by spring elements.
Equipped with vibration dampers.
Hopper is equipped with manual gate to control product flow.
Shaker is equipped with pneumatic plastic valve at output.
Distance sensor measures product level in hopper.
Friedrich vibration motors
Hopper can be fed by clark, vertical lift or elevator conveyor.
Roller conveyor made of stainless steel rollers, driven by geared motor SEW.
Load cells integrated into vibrating table.
Optional valves can be automated.
