Description

Designed and developed for reach stackers, heavy forklifts, loaded and empty container handlers. The DockMaster+ is primarily deployed in pick and stack applications. Wide and smooth, it provides a stable load platform which reduces the pendulum movement of the container mast when stacking at higher levels, allowing for more efficient stacking as less time is required to align containers. With our new Port Plus compound it has a reduced tire heat generation, minimized wear and a significantly extended tire life. Increased lifetime Reduced pendulum movement Increased abrasion resistance Highest possible tread volume for a slick tire > Increased lifetime Wide and fiat tread area > - Higher stacking efficiency (minimized time to align container during stacking) > - Stable load platform reducing pendulum movement of container mast Increased abrasion résistance in demanding applications (turning on the spot) due to increased tensile strength > - High mileage in pick and stack applications > - Reduced risk of tread cracks A Radial Tire has a carcass of one or more layers out of fibers or steel which runs directly from bead to bead (radial). The tread is stabilized by steel belts. Continental’s Pneumatic Radial Tires guarantee comfort because of their flexible sidewalls. With their low Rolling Resistance you will save energy. That’s why Radial Tires are best suitable for outdoor application and long runs. They are mainly used on forklift trucks, heavy-duty transport vehicles as well as indoor service trailers or platform trucks.
