Applications Continental can supply any desired hose length upon request, with or without the steel-wire helix and pre-fitted with the Blaudieck® coupling system. In the brewing, beverage and food industries, this system is a recognized standard for situations in which an ultra-hygienic hose assembly is required that allows for smooth flow of the product without any clearance volume and that can also be easily cleaned mechanically (piggable). The high-pressure-resistance of the couplings helps to prevent accidents. Stainless steel 1.4301 is used as standard for this coupling system. Other materials are available on request.
