In the viscose (rayon) process, sodium sulfate is produced as a by-product alongside the primary rayon product. CORDENKA supplies this sodium sulfate in an anhydrous (water-free) form. With an annual production capacity of approximately 40 kilotonnes, CORDENKA is among the largest producers of viscose-process sodium sulfate in Germany.
