Metal deburring - Rounding edges
Burrs are also created when pipes and tubes are saw cut for customised applications. We have developed a range of pipe deburring machines for various pipe thicknesses, diameters, profiles and cutting angles (throughput of material and clamps are an essential part of this). Metal and plastic pipes and tubes are completely deburred in our machines, restoring the smooth edges.
In addition, we also supply various automated solutions for removing extrusion strips and contamination, such as corrosion.
