The machine called grinder mod. CASTORO has been designed to grind the cutting scraps or polystyrene processing, of various densities and sizes. The innovative low noise emission crushing system represents a novelty in the industry, so as to make the machine particularly versatile for the insertion in the workplace as well as compliant security that impose the reduction of noise emissions at the source. The innovative design and the simplicity of the mechanism may permit the use of the basic configuration such as to make it suitable for use in a variety of fields for shredding particularly friable materials with low hardness. The machine has been made keeping in mind the basic concepts necessary to modern systems: reliability, ruggedness, operator safety, environmental protection and modularity. The electrical system structure, with automatic control of all the stages of processing, allows to obtain the best performance with only 6,55Kw. The strength of the materials, the effectiveness of the grinding system and the particular grids which is fitted to allow the grinder CASTORO also produce 10 m³ / h of polystyrene flakes triturating scraps with a density of up to 50 Kg / mc. The loading system, the built-in vacuum, the unique design of the shredding blades and the reduced dimensions ensure the optimization of the manufacturing process by eliminating the residues and the spread of dust and containing the noise level of the machine and allow l ' use in the same environment of the other workings. The limit switches, optical detectors and automatic locking systems ensure the simplicity and the absolute safety of use of the grinder CASTORO.
