Product Overview
Celsius EVO is a pick-and-place characterization handler with a highly dynamic temperature control system capable of heating DUTs up to +150°C and cooling them down to -45°C. Housed in a compact footprint, it integrates innovative heater technology and automatic visual positioning correction to provide precise per-DUT thermal control, fast cycle times and reduced need for conditioned air. It is suitable for cleanroom environments and Industry 4.0 production lines and supports automated ATE workflows.

Overview details
The handler supports fully automated pick-and-place workflows and integrates with a wide range of ATE systems. It is engineered for fast and precise characterization of semiconductor devices including mixed-signal, MEMS and power devices across automotive, industrial, aerospace and medical sectors. Per-DUT thermal control and visual correction loops ensure mechanical precision, thermal uniformity, improved test efficiency and optimal space utilization.
