The VBT Deluxe is a valve body test machine designed to perform hydraulic and electrical tests on complete automatic transmission valve bodies and individual solenoids. It reproduces transmission operating conditions across gears and pressures and provides graphical comparisons against stored reference data to detect damaged solenoids, worn valves/bores or faulty plungers.

Software / Controller
The system runs in-house HTC software to execute test sequences that emulate transmission performance over multiple gears and pressure conditions. Test scripts perform standard sequences, record pressures and generate precise graphical displays that compare the unit under test with a new reference valve body of the same model. The HTC-S Unit Controller manages data acquisition, offers interpolation for smooth PWM solenoid control, an easy limits percentage calculator and an editor for custom complex test sequences.

Library of Reference Results
The VBT Deluxe ships with an extensive reference library covering many common automatic transmissions. Reference results act as templates and benchmarks to help technicians—novice and experienced—evaluate solenoid behaviour and valve body performance quickly and consistently.

Adapter Plates & Accessories
Hydra-Test supplies precision aluminium adapter plates (valve body test plates) with steel thread inserts and braided hoses to replicate in-vehicle hydraulics. New plates are continually developed to cover latest transmissions. An optional 0AM / DQ200 add-on verifies pump performance, pump motor degradation, pressure loss, solenoid amperage and internal/external leaks.

Reports, Datasheets & Training
The system can generate PDF reports (Test Scenario mode) that visually compare test results to benchmark data. Video guides and supporting PDF documentation are provided; virtual or on-site training programs are available for complex procedures. Multiple training and support options are offered, including remote assistance and client-site sessions.
