The formula penetrates cracks and cures to form a durable seal, allowing many repairs to be completed in about 30 minutes without draining the cooling system.

CRC FiberLock® combines a blend of technologies to provide a permanent seal for cracks and leaks in engine cooling systems. The formulation is intended to reach and seal areas that traditional additives cannot access.

Nanotechnology for deeper penetration
The formula contains nanoparticles that penetrate fine cracks and crevices, improving adhesion and the integrity of the cured seal within damaged surfaces.

Reinforcing fibers for structural repair
Sodium silicate in the formulation is reinforced with proprietary high-strength fibers. When cured, these fibers form a multi-layer web over cracks to restore structural continuity in the repaired area.

Cool‑X conditioner to reduce operating temperature
The product includes a conditioner that circulates in the cooling system after application to improve heat transfer and help reduce operating temperatures, which can lower the risk of future thermal cracking.

Easy to use for workshop and field repairs
No draining of the cooling system is required. The pour-in formula makes the product suitable for in-shop or field service and for Do-It-Yourself repairs. It cures quickly so vehicles can return to service in as little as 30 minutes.
