Overview
The SmartWasher SW-23 is a mobile heated parts and brake washer designed for professional cleaning of industrial, automotive and marine components. Constructed in heavy-duty HDPE, the unit supports loads up to 400 lb and ships ready for quick installation. Mobility is enabled via an included dolly with durable wheels and locking casters. The washer features an adjustable thermostat with two temperature settings, a flow-through brush and a flow control timer to scrub and rinse parts during cleaning.

Bioremediation & Cleaning
The system uses a non-toxic, non-flammable aqueous cleaner OzzyJuice® SW-4. Dirty solution drains back into the tank and passes through an OzzyMat® FL-4 multi-layer activation mat where microbes degrade contaminants to restore fluid for reuse. Replace the OzzyMat® approximately every 30 days and refill fluid as required.
