Even the most difficult materials such as graphite, glass-fibre reinforced plastics (PTFE), polycarbonate with a high risk of delamination, and many others, can be advantageously machined using polycrystalline diamond (PCD) inserts sharpened according to the latest LASER (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation = Device capable of emitting a coherent beam of light) production techniques. As shown in this enlargement, made in our metrology room, the dedicated inserts are of extremely high precision, and are perfectly executed to tolerances hitherto unthinkable with more traditional machining. New applications and executions, the most varied given the extreme versatility of the technology, are requested every day to the extreme satisfaction of our customers.
