Description

Product overview
BESafe is a dual-channel gas detector designed for battery energy storage and similar critical energy environments. It supports simultaneous monitoring of two gases, remote swappable smart sensors, local OLED readout and alarm outputs, enabling fast detection and straightforward field servicing.

Key features
  • Dual-gas monitoring: two sensors on one transmitter with flexible configuration
  • Detection of hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide (CO), methane (CH4) and other gases via catalytic, electrochemical or infra-red sensors
  • Remote, pre-calibrated swappable smart sensors to reduce downtime
  • Built-in 128×64 OLED displaying both channels simultaneously
  • Audio-visual alarm: sounder 85 dB @ 3 m; LEDs for Power, Fault and Alarm
  • Electrical outputs: 2 × 4–20 mA, RS-485 Modbus RTU; SPDT relays for Alarm 1, Alarm 2 and Fault
  • Data logging: 3000 data logs

Thermal runaway detection
  • Provides operators with critical time to respond
  • Helps prevent escalation of hazardous events
  • Enables fast, reliable safety actions to protect assets and personnel

Monitor hard-to-reach spaces
  • Flexible installation and remote sensor placement to access confined or obstructed areas
  • Compact transmitter form factor simplifies mounting
  • Reduces complex cabling by allowing sensors to be located away from the main unit

Reduced downtime and maintenance costs
  • High-performance pre-calibrated smart sensors with minimal in‑service calibration needs
  • Swappable sensor modules for quick field replacement
  • Sensor life indicator for proactive maintenance planning
