The LineX is a family of multiline palletising cells for installation at a central point in your production , the base unit consists of a spherical robot, multiple pick-points and gripper. Case infeed via direct connected case conveyors or via a sorting system. Fully automatic palletising including pallet handling and connection to an automatic pallet transport system Many options are available such as slip sheet handling, product orientation, CSi Patternware (for easy create and load new pallet patterns) etc. Various gripper types to handle a very wide range of products and stacking patterns. A wide variety of trays, cases, boxes, and packages can be handled. Central point for operators to operate the system and to assign batches. Connectivity options for functions as such as tracking and tracing (Pallet ID) ,ERP connections, MIS (management information systems) ,pallet labeling etc. High safety level PLD cat3 according EN-ISO-13849-1. Integrated in a CSi palletising system the overall system reliability is 99,9%! A Standard 3 year warranty comes with every cell.
